Simple Requirements for Lifetime Protection

All required oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations must be completed at Country Hills Ford according to the recommended intervals. In addition, all other manufacturer-recommended maintenance must be performed as scheduled. If you relocate more than 500 km from Country Hills Ford, you may use any licensed repair facility, provided you keep verifiable service records and receipts.

Deductible Information: A $200 plus GST deductible applies per covered repair visit.

• Oil & Filter Change Service Interval: 8,000 km
• Tire Rotation Service Interval: 8,000 km

Important Exclusions

• Commercial use vehicles are not eligible.
• Vehicles with aftermarket performance modifications (e.g., superchargers) are excluded.
• Engines with more than 8 cylinders, over 500 hp, or certain high-performance models may be excluded.
• Do-it-yourself maintenance and repairs are not permitted.

Limits of Liability:

• Per Repair Visit: Our liability for any 1 repair visit shall in no event exceed the Canadian black book wholesale value of your vehicle at the time of said repair visit.
• Aggregate: The total of all benefits paid or payable while this policy is in force shall not exceed $12,000 including taxes and fees.
• Lifetime Engine Guarantee: Applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.

Ineligible Vehicles:

1. If the vehicle is used for any of the following purposes: rental, limousine, taxi, or any service transporting people, equipment, or goods for a fee; towing or hauling (except recreational towing with a factory-installed or factory-authorized tow package within its weight limits); snowplowing or snow removal; job-site activity, including hauling tools, materials, or heavy products; police or emergency use; courier or delivery; driving school; road repair operations; or any form of racing or competitive driving.
2. If the vehicle is operated off-road or on non-publicly maintained roads (such as logging or oil field roads, or adjacent sites), as determined at our sole discretion
3. If the vehicle is used in connection with a criminal offence.
4. If the vehicle’s gross weight rating exceeds 6,125 kg (13,500 lbs).
5. If the vehicle is registered outside Canada.
